PUBLIC NOTICE – Queensland Day Celebrations

Council advises that Queensland Day celebrations will be held on Sunday, 5 June from 3pm – 8pm.
As part of celebrations Mosman Street, between Gill and Marion Streets and including Salt Lane, will be closed to all traffic with detours in place from Noon – 10pm. Please follow the direction of traffic controllers and obey signage.
A fireworks display is scheduled to occur as part of this event at 7:50pm from Towers Hill/Mosman Street. Pet owners are encouraged to secure their pets during the display.
