Community Connect Meetings
What is a Community Meeting?
Each year the Mayor, Councillors and Council staff of Charters Towers Regional Council host a community meeting at our townships throughout the Region. This year meetings will be held in a more relaxed atmosphere and allow residents the opportunity to raise concerns and receive updates on projects in their area.

All community members of Charters Towers Region are welcome to attend Councillor Connect Meetings.
How do I register my interest or raise a topic for discussion?
The best way raise a topic for discussion at a meeting is by emailing mail@charterstowers.qld.gov.au ahead of the date or raise it directly at the meeting.
Why do I need to register my interest if I wish to raise a topic for discussion?
It is important to register your topic for discussion on the online forms provided to ensure the process is inclusive and that all the key relevant information is presented for discussion.
