Joining the Library
Membership is free of charge to all residents of the Charters Towers Regional Council area. Proof of identity and residency is required.
Residents
Please present your current Photo ID.
Junior Members
Anyone under the age of 18.
- Junior members must be joined by a parent or guardian.
- A parent or guardian may join up a child (by presenting the desired identification) without becoming a member themselves.
- If independent and under 18 years of age, adult conditions apply.
- Students attending boarding colleges must have their membership forms signed by a dorm mistress/master and stamped with the school stamp.
RLQ Tourist Membership
Tourist membership is open to anyone residing or travelling within regional and outback Queensland. Proof of identity and residency is required.
Borrowing may begin on acceptance of membership.
