Due to the National Day of Morning on Thursday, 22 September, some Council services will be impacted.

Council staff will be laying pipe at the intersection of Elizabeth and King Streets tomorrow, which will require the intersection to be closed between 7:30am and 3:00pm.

Council have received multiple reports of residents receiving phone calls from persons stating they are from Council undertaking a survey.

Council has been made aware of residents in other council areas receiving calls from scammers posing as council staff requesting personal information.

Council crews are currently out and about identifying and rectifying issues as they find them.

Property owners are reminded that the discount period for the 2021/2022 half yearly rates closes Wednesday, 27 April 2022.

Council officers will undertake annual water meter readings across the Region from today, Friday, 28 May 2021 until Friday, 4 June 2021.

Weir Park will be closed on Friday, 18 December 2020 for scheduled maintenance work.
