URGENT NOTICE: For Greenvale Residents

**Direct communication will be delivered by way of letter drop to Greenvale households this afternoon**

To ensure the safety of the Greenvale community, we advise that the water supply is deemed non-potable effective immediately and is not for human consumption, e.g. water is not safe for drinking even if it is boiled and should not be used for cooking.

For human consumption, water should be sourced from private bores, rainwater tanks filled by rainwater, or filled by licensed water carters from potable supplies.

Council is working to deliver a supply of safe drinking water and is currently sourcing alternative options which will be communicated to residents.

Council apologises for this inconvenience and appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation.
